Large Scale Refurbishment on Waterfront

A whole house refurbishment and associated single and two storey extension work to create an outstanding individual water fronting property within the Harbour Conservancy. The aim was to retain the existing shell of the building and reorganise the accommodation to create a property that responded to its location whilst retaining its original feel.
