A beautiful Grade II listed property with parts of the house dating back to the 16th century. jbA had to use a sensitive approach in designing a single storey extension, to create a larger open plan kitchen and dining space, with a separate scullery and walk-in pantry. A prime example of how jbA can take a project through all stages of work, including Feasibility, Planning Permission, Building Regulations and Tender, Site Supervision/Contract Administration, in fact all the way to Practical Completion (i.e final finishes). This project is being entered into the 2018 Sussex Heritage Trust Awards.
